VSourceComms Checker Extension

SourceBans is the universal backend-frontend manager that almost every server operator uses for player bans/comm blocks and administrator/moderator permissions.
SBChecker is a utility plugins that SourceBans comes with. By default it, alerts moderators in-game when a previously banned player joins the game.

I extended the plugin to add the functionality to the comms side also.
• Checks for player communication blocks on record as well as bans.
• Alerts with the number of bans/comm blocks.
• Adds a command for moderators to use that queries for any player's past bans and comm blocks and displays all the information regarding that ban, usually available only on the web-panel of SourceBans.
